ADULT RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

Sunday Morning – There is a weekly small-group book discussion prior to each service, beginning at 9:30. Check the calendar for the current title. Following the service, all are invited to join a small-group conversation about the day’s sermon and themes. An announcement will be made about ten minutes after the service concludes.

A Course in Miracles, Mondays, 7 p.m. The goal of the ongoing study group for A Course in Miracles is to help undo present fears and limiting self-concepts, and to experience more peace and joy. This leads, through forgiveness, to the healing of relationships. Participants are welcome at any time and for any number of sessions. You’ll find more information here.

A Dialogue on Race and Ethnicity, 2nd Fridays, Oct., Nov., Mar-June
We dig deep and explore, discovering things we may not have known about ourselves. If racism– anti-racism is a continuum, where are you? Are you comfortable there, or would you like to change? Is the world comfortable where you are? Come and explore your inner feelings. There is an optional potluck beginning at 6:30 p.m. Discussion starts at 7:30 p.m. You’ll find more information here

Soul Matters, Drop-In Discussion Group, 4th Thursdays, 7-8:30 pm
Join Pastor Norm for a monthly, informal but deep-diving discussion of the month’s Soul Matters theme. Beginning in September 2018, themes are Vision, Sanctuary, Memory, Mystery, Possibility, Trust, Journey, Wholeness, Curiosity, and Beauty.
