Community Empowerment and Police Accountability Forum

This was a live video in 3 parts from the Community Empowerment and Police Accountability Forum which took  place at our church on March 11, 2018. It was very well attended. The speakers had a lot of history and useful information going forward to give to us. The ACLU is having a training here on March 21 on “Know Your Rights” – spread the word.

(Please note: The “Know Your Rights” training has been postponed due to inclement weather)

One important matter is SB122 for more mandatory sentencing. Call or write your legislators – we need justice, not full prisons. Find more information at Maryland General Assembly

Our member, Les Greenberg, recommends joining your Police Advisory Board. He’s on the District V Advisory Board in Clinton.
