ACCESSIBILITY
Our principles guide our belief in access for all. We do this in the following ways for visual, hearing, and physical needs.:
- Large print orders of service
- Large print hymnals
- Amplification
- Assistive listening devices (please ask the usher)
- Members & friends know sign language (service on sign language here); please let us know if you’d like an interpreter
- Ramp on side walk
- Restrooms adapted for wheel chair use, though not fully accessible – call to inquire if we meet your needs (301-449-4308). We continue to try to improve accessibility of an older building.
- Wheel chair on premises (call to ask if it’s available)
- No stairs
- Hospitality and compassion (testimony from active member)
If you have a need that’s not addressed here, please let us know. Also, read our visitor FAQ.
